The Producer Plug Bundle (hereinafter referred to as “the Bundle”) is a digital product created, owned, and distributed exclusively by Kevin Washington Jr. / The Clutch Family PMA. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the Bundle, you agree to the following terms:

1. Personal Use License Only

Your purchase of the Bundle grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the contents for personal and professional creative use only. This includes use in your own music production, content creation, education, and business development.

2. Strictly No Resale, Redistribution, or Licensing

You may not:

• Sell, resell, or repackage any part of the Bundle—digitally or physically.
• Upload or share the Bundle (or any individual files) to torrent sites, marketplaces, Discord servers, forums, Google Drives, or any other public or private sharing platform.
• License, rent, gift, trade, or transfer access to any individual, business, or collective.
• Use the Bundle or its contents to create competing products or services.

3. Modification Doesn’t Equal Ownership

Altering, remixing, or editing files from the Bundle does not give you the right to claim them as original or resellable works. Ownership of all original content remains with the creator.

4. Commercial Projects Are Allowed (With Limits)

You are encouraged to use the Bundle in your own beats, videos, songs, marketing, or products. However, you cannot use it to create derivative products for resale (e.g., a new sound kit using included samples, or a course that includes PDF or template files from the Bundle).

5. Violations Will Result in Legal Action

Resale, unauthorized distribution, or theft of this Bundle will result in immediate legal action and permanent bans from future content, including:

• A cease-and-desist letter
• DMCA takedowns
• Civil or criminal penalties depending on jurisdiction

6. Report Violations

If you see the Bundle being sold or distributed illegally, report it to: kvnclutch@gmail.com. Verified reports may be eligible for exclusive bonuses or future discounts as a thank-you.

7. Respect the Craft
